I bought the knowledge in the crown store but when I go to a blacksmith I can't figure out how to craft it. I have 7 mimic stones.

Specifically, once you've used the motif book to learn the daedric style, humanoid daedra should have a reasonable chance to drop the hearts you need to craft it. Sanguine's Demense in Shadowfen is a great place to farm for this if needed, lots of dremora.

A really crooked tape measure and some really, really sharp pins.
You really, really shouldn't use Mimic stones for this. Any daedric monster will drop "daedric hearts" which are very, very easy to get.
I think, however, the OP means they just purchased "750 Crowns Xivkin Motif" from the flash sale in the Crown Store.
"it must be found in the field, purchase with Tel Var Stones, or deconstruction of Xivkyn Style armor."

✭✭✭If you want to make xivkyn items, you need Charcoal of Remorse, or mimic stones. And know the motif, of course.
If you want to make daedric items, you need daedra hearts, or mimic stones. And know the motif, of course.0 -

✭✭✭If you're really desperate, try a guild store or 2. I'm assuming they'll be cheap. Seriously, keep those stones as they're handy for making styles that haven't got any in-game mats or styles which have rare mats.0 -

Syrani✭✭✭✭Don't you also have to be max level in the crafting line you are trying to make it in? It's been a long time since I have heard anything about this, but I think you either have to have maxed the crafting line or have max points in a particular passive in that craft line. I can't remember the details, so maybe someone here can clarify. If you have used the motif book and have mimic stones, the craft/passive level may be your problem.0

✭✭✭✭✭Your crafting level and skill levels and amount of traits learned determine what materials can be used to create the item, what armor set the armor is, and what trait the piece has.
Your knowledge of the Daedric style can always be used. It determines just what the piece looks like

Are you sure? It used to be that the purple motifs required ...well, like I said either max level in that craft or max passive points in one particular passive (I can't remember). They may very well have changed this though, as that was back when the game started.0 -

The found in-game versions of the rare motifs DO have level requirements, yes!Don't you also have to be max level in the crafting line you are trying to make it in?
...but the ones you get from the CS don't, you can read them on any level crafter.
