im sorry but that makes about as much sense as crafting monster helms and gaining alliance points in vet dungeons.

More challenge and reward taken away.

    What challenge is there in running in a loop around a public dungeon in a 12+ man group facerolling every boss for hours at a time?

    Grinding ridiculously easy content =/= challenge.

    Why would anyone be opposed to PvP players having more choices to spend AP on?

    Unless, that is, you don't PvP ... and selfishly want to restrict PvP players from using OneTamriel PvE sets.

    Honestly I'm canceling my sub this game is becoming more and more deluted and I'm not going to help pay for it.

    It doesn't matter to me if the odds are low it's the entire zos approach of deluting everything... they literally take away more incentive and sense of reward with every update.

    Scale the levels, scale the gear, let pvp people get pve gear with alliance points, make everything easier so nobody complains... I play mostly pvp and enjoy the fact I'm forced to play the game to get equipment.

    Why not let me level my 2hand skill while I'm using dual wield just so I don't have to do it later?

    It's not the challenge it's the avenue of the reward... if you don't like the challenge just buy the wep for gold and pay the person willing to put in the work

    This, pretty much.
    There's 0 challenge in grinding public dungeons or dolmens, especially with those big groups.

    This whole line of reasoning baffles me ...

    1. The goal of the regional PvP bags is to give players (who don't like to PvE) additional choices to spend AP on ... which up until this thread nobody was opposed to. That does not dilute the challenge because there's still a cost in AP to buy the equipment.

    2. If buying PvE equipment with AP is an issue for you, then you should have canceled your sub a long time ago. The PvP bags in Bruma, Cropsford, and Vlasterus have been out on Live for awhile now ... not to mention Abhadzi Aba-daro the Golden. Way before those, the blue PvP bags were put in at the high end equipment vendor in the PvP starter areas (those still exist today, too).

    I'm going to chalk this thread up as a rant without any point.

    i think its great, it incentivises pvp play - which was stagnant, and also stops the market inflation of some sets and weapon s like spriggans and spinners- which were out of control to be honest . out of the realm of affordability for most players. anything that encourages players to play- in cyrdoil , in dungeons . in quests, in duels- is what I'm all for.

    as far as i can see- grinding , farming, levelling - these are things that improve our "play" experience- but for most players in mmos these days- its 90 percent of one- and 10 percent of the other- and u know we re not getting to play much.

    i met a crew of four friends farming spinners today who had never been in a dungeon nor done any quests- just cyrodil and pvp and farming gear. they were cp250-330. thats ridiculous to me. that means that these guys have either been in cyrodil or grinding gear since they ve had the game. we want a gaming environment that adds immersion and a richer experience - so in a gameplay evening a player will do a variety of things and especially the thing they like- not just buy a game to run in circles killing fodder for weapon pickups. theres got to be a better idea out there than that. i dont know if regional loot boxes is it- but its better.

    its all about incentives- we saw how nuts people went for witches hats and recipes , running into inns and dancing - for motifs and costumes and titles and achievements- thats a big part of the game for many people. and right now- cyrodil was really hurting for people to come play there.

    ZOS have neglected it terribly .

    when i first came 8 months ago- all three vet servers were always full- there were live fights everywhere- blackwater was packed 24/7 and it was a real enjoyable time. there were problems of course- but now its empty- u can literally go for a stroll alone thru imperial city un bothered by anyone most hours of the day. and when theyre are people?
    laaaaaaaaaaa.......a.aaaaaa.........aaaaaaag..........
    the problems have grown and the service is still horrendous. the load times the lag and the proc sets have helped totally screw pvp for many people who love it. this isn't enough to make people come back - but its ZOS s way of saying:

    " hey - we can't fix the problem- but heres a piece of cake.... your house is still leaking ***..."

    I have ran every pledge/trail/World Boss in the game.. Im safe to say if I have 1,500 hours in this game and I have to hear the horrendous voice acting of Spindleclutch again..."IT'S MERIEA! She is still alive! or the end boss yelling YOU'RE NOT LEAVING ALIVE! a hundred times it's not "avenue of the reward." its just annoying.

    on a better note this make PVP more interesting since playing it, can be useful for once any maybe ZOS will focus on fixing it's problems.
