buy it and then complain on the forums later on how ugly it looks. that seems to be the trend with mounts.

If you can get on the PTS you can see what it looks like. It is a fairly nice looking mount.

If you buy it now with non discounted crowns, you would be paying pretty much the same price of as if you buy it with discounted crowns later. (50 percent now versus 40 later)

I have a hunch this sale might also mean they are removing those items to replace them with new ones. I feel they werent generating much money and now they are using the sale in a lasf attempt to push these products.

I have a hunch that this year they're embracing a new business model where they will have less crown sales and more sales on a few items. It'll generate more income for them as people get tired of waiting for the item they want to be half off. Plus, they'll ensure that people will pay full dollar value for limited time offers and housing stuff instead of using half off crowns.

Last year, we had crown sells in October for the dlc and November. Since then, most of us have not seen a crown sale. December/holidays seemed like an appropriate time.

Maybe I'm just jaded. I feel like they're really trying to nickel and dime us.

The only difference between mounts is what they look like (and small changes to the running animation). Therefore the only consideration is whether you like how it looks enough to justify the price.

I have like12 mounts and not gonna get another unless it have some buff i.e. increased speed, use as war mount etc..

I got it ages a go and has some nice animations, one of my toons uses it just wish it left some fire footsteps though.

They should add a trail of flames to it. Similar to what the other special mounts have such as the Frost Mare and Soul horse.

I agree. I like the fire horse but wish it left flaming hoof prints behind. The half price coaxed me to buy it.

I would like the palomino but that one seems to be hidden only in crown crates now - which I will never touch on principle/in protest.

Op it's really a matter of taste, I you like it get it, I personally don't like the horses, I prefer the senche mounts so when they come out that's what I buy. For me the sound of the horse running gets old pretty quick. If you like it the price is definitely right, so I would snag it before it's gone.

they are getting people to use all their crowns up so when housing goes live ppl need to buy full price crowns to get the crown store exclusive homes.
