Extremly not true. They always work to fix things like this no matter the time or day. They have staff working on these things ready and on call. Its happened before. My guess is its a complicated fix, or there being effected by an outside source. Like hacked or something.

The server was at least kind enough to let me watch a haxus bomber walk up the stairs of inner aleswell and kill me as I was completely unable to use skills or barswap (as opposed to it simply being very slugish) and then drop me from the server. Seems to be just NA. Gina posted about it around 3-ish or so...she was under the impression that it was just NA.
Of course, she was also under the impression that somebody would fix it
