Why is break free variable?

Why do some CC take longer to break free than others? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert

Please do not give me some canned response about lag or clientside issues. My connection and client are comparatively stable.

Why can I break out of something like Dizzying Swing instantaneously but have fear take 2-3s every time? Is there an actual intended purpose?

I suspect it's got something to do with the animation system. But, I honestly don't know.

It's super annoying. Way too many times with a full bar of stamina I still can't break free, or get stunned/knocked back during CC immunity.

The fear thing is the bane of my existence in pvp. Running around screaming for 3 seconds with full stam, madly trying to break free.

Zos wont answer a question if in the same breath you fire out a passive agressive comment insinuating they give out meaningless canned responses.

I was actually aiming the comment more at players than the devs.

Mate zos dont answer any questions regardless. They just live in their cave trying to balance *** without ever playing the game or reading feedback
