ZoS. Even if I log on with the soul purpose of making money, I would never in a million years put on prosperous gear. You know what would actually be prosperous? A drop with a good trait that I could actually use or sell.

    Dude. Full prosperous, legendary quality, is BiS for a high GDP. Omg, makes Rakkhat look like a pauper.

    If it made gold from ALL sources increase (including selling loot) it would be worth having a "merchant" set.

    I know, I'm just listing what it would take to make it worthwhile. The only traits I keep are Sturdy (for tanks), Impenetrable (for PvP), and Divines.

    No, seriously - If I had the time and extra time/mats it would be interesting to level twin toons, one with regular gear and one with all prosperous and see how much of a difference it really made.

    I can with 100% certainty assure you that I will not be the one that makes that comparison happen though.

    Alternate answer plus sarcasm: nobody knows cause nobody has ever put any of it on. It auto deconstructs when I add it to my inventory. Not sure if anybody has ever even picked any up.
