Pretty much comes down to your group (when discussing the armor you mentioned)
TBS can be BIS if your team has all the buffs up. NMG, are you the only one running it? Red Mountain again, what buffs does your team run?
That's how close they are though. So close other people's buffs is what separates them (aka most will never see a difference)0 -
