Lord-Gibson✭✭I would think much higher than 10k. If I had to guess I would presume more like 20k. Reason being they are there to show one`s prestige; even though it has nothing to do with in-game and more closely related to real life. Just a motif can be 5k crowns and a mount can be around 2.5k. I would think a home of such stature would be the equivalent of 3 to 5 mounts.Scott D. Gibson

WhIle I agree with the sentiment on motifs the only high ones are the ones in game as well. I would expect that the crown exclusive homes would be more affordable. Now with that being said it also would surprise me to see very high crown prices on manors and the exclusive island.0 -
Ajaxandriel✭✭✭✭✭There is no point about prestige since housing is an almost-pure roleplay feature, like a map editor.
We may speak about prestige with a "visit vote & player rating" system (that is not needed anyway imo), but it's not the case right ?
A mount is usable in the open world, like the exclusive-motif-dress you wear. These things are prestige. A home is just roleplay.
It would feel bad if the price of this feature is that mad - 20k Crowns lol "u serious", how many monthes of ESO-Plus does it make ?!
Same about the gold price. It should be a challenge, but a fair one. Not another game about pushing and sucking real money out of roleplayers.
Just thinking about sth, for immersion... (idk if it's been said) It'd be nice if the house/villa place could be renamed by the player !
