Yes it does, exactly that error, happens frequently after PS4 pro. PS4 original doesn't have that error hardly.
So this error appears when I'm crafting writs at wrothgar, pvp in cyrodiil, standing at undaunted stormhaven, etc. It happens as frequent as every 15min. So crashes and had to relog the game.
That's why I no longer play ESO after I've done the daily crafting writs, that's half an hour.
I've moved on to Skyrim, it plays native 4K as well, looks amazing, the quests are interesting, emersive, great rewards, nothing boring like ESO quests. The role play is great, and no more rude bullies like in ESO.

I've noticed that it happens a lot when crafting and also going through doors.

Since upgrading I'm getting loads more blue screens, especially in PVP. Am I the only one? Going to put a support ticket in.

I use to get this error a lot on my Gen 1 PS4, mostly in the same areas you've been experiencing-- like PvP and crowded areas. I have a couple of suggestions you could try, but with me only have a Gen 1 and Gen 3 PS4, I am not sure how much those can help. Let me know if you still want those suggestions, just summon me back here.

Reboot your PS4 hold the power button till it beeps to enter safe mode and choose initialize...this will delete everything on your PS4 so back up what's valuable before you do it, but this should solve the problem...if it doesn't then it's a hardware issue and I'd get it serviced under warranty

I have lost count how many times eso had crashed on the PS4 pro today. Hope they get it worked out soon. It doesn't seem to matter what you do. Have had it crash in character creation, crafting stations, dye stations or just walking around.

I have both ESO and skyrim installed on Pro, skyrim doesn't have any error or crashes ever, so it's not my PS4 problem, it's ESO the never ending errors and crashes problem.

He's not trolling. I've had to do this on my Gen 1 PS4 [see my post I made above in Nov 2016]. The error is not specific to just ESO, I've done some research in the past on it and it's a very generic issue with no root cause. Some folks have it so bad, they cannot play games at all. Hence the library rebuilding.

My Gen 3 PS4, has maybe had the issue 3-4 times pop up. But I've had nearly 200 or so like the poster above me has for my Gen 1 PS4.
