Yes. If you leave your house open to them, they can lock it on you and bar the door making it their house.

    Can I Blade-of-Woe them and steal their account inventory if I find them there? If so, sure.

    No.

    Now I'd welcome some storyline but this is almost all cosmetic other than the attuned crafting.

    So ppl often ask for kids and to marry NPCs and stuff.
    This is where that story line should line up

    AND

    ZOS would be best to remove the fighters guild and mage guild passives to pursuade or intimidate to this housing idea if it's even a skill line. In place should be a taunt or dps (scrap the staff idea)

    From there the other passives should reduce the cost of any additional home as well as reduce the cost of materials to craft homes. It could increase the chance of motif, and recipe drops from writs and quests as well as serve as a passive to increase hireling mat quantity and quality all due to each character being more hospitable.

    Just throwing things out there from a collaboration of ideas from the community.
    I can't take credit for most as it's largely ideas for everyone with a slight tweak towards housing.

    Lastly there should be assistants only in the homes unlocked that align with what's missing from the current assistants such as
    -repairing gear
    -guild bank access
    -less of a cut taken from the TG assistant

    @MissBizz and @Nestor

    What are your thoughts?

    You can actually designate a cadre of hobos to wander into your house, if you want. Yes, I'm talking about your friends and guildies.

    i had arrived back to my crown-store home after a tumultuous daily vet dungeon running to find my Brenton raid wife with a covenant argonian nightblade -
    it was a crime of passion.

    Well, an Argonian nightblade is certainly some kind of crime. Not sure if it's one of passion or stupidity, however. :P

    I'd like to be able to designate my friends as co-owners of a house or main base so we could all benefit from eachother's houses.

    I mean, this would be more useful if there was shared storage there definitely. I play consistently with only one or a few other people and being able to pool our resources would be cool, especially because you can't make a guild with any services with only one or a few other people.

    Sure why not? as long as they don't break anything or steal anything.

    Heck they can be my door man/woman :)

    Quite happy to share if I get a house.. hahaha

    @AlwaysOnFire
    You can already do this, but they wont be co-owners, they would just have access and can also be given additional privileges to decorate (change where things and how things are placed) but not add or subtract so to speak.
