You need cup loan, chair loan, table loan, candle loan and one for everything to decorate the house cause they all cost 1 million or more in gold given current mat prices. Would you have to repay a fixed amount per week or month? And would it still be deducted if you don't log in? If not are there consequences for missing a payment? What happens if you literally don't have enough gold on your account to pay it?
I think a fair system would be that every time you deposit gold in your bank a fixed percentage is removed until your loan is repaid. But the problem there is it'd be easy to get around by never depositing gold - transfer it between characters via a guild bank or mail.
