✭✭✭✭✭Werewolf benefits stamsorcs less than you might expect, because it will cancel all your active toggles. If you're running a fairly normal stamsorc build these days you're probably using bound armor, which will shut down when you transform.
Vampires don't benefit stamsorcs much, beyond devouring swarm being a really potent ultimate. You can use elusive mist for mobility, but honestly, as a sorc, you have better options for that.
So... neither really. Werewolf is slightly more useful if you're going to use it, but it will get in the way of your build at times.Edited by starkerealm on January 12, 2017 11:53AM5

Kelces✭✭✭✭✭I would go for werewolf, the ultimate costs less on a sorcerer. However, if it's a tank, vampire might prove even more useful (in PvP at least).You reveal yourself best in how you play.

WW is for stam.
Vamp is good on both. All the passives apply to both. The skills are magica, but stam doesn't need the skills. Ult is OK on stam, scales better with magica though.Edited by Brrrofski on January 12, 2017 7:23AM0 -

I'm considering vamp for the mitigation on my sorc amd the regen.just wondering how much il notice the extra fire dmg with the heals I get on sorc (vigor , crit surge, rally)

Vampires are slightly more flexible in that regard. As long as you have no other magicka based ability, you can have a stamina-vampire aswell. It's hard for me to imagine however, that a sorcerer won't use his shield and/or conjured armor.

Vamp on NB for dark stalker and the regen.
Vamp on stamplar is OK too, as you have major mending plus a cleanse.0
