Heem-Jas Retribution Set

Looks like it would be very powerful but I'm surprised I don't hear about it much. I searched on the forums and all I could find were old threads about it potentially being broken.

Does anyone use this set? If so, what was your experience like? Good for PVE/PVP, both?

Found a September patch note update that says the set was fixed:

Heem-Jas’ Retribution:
Fixed an issue where this item set was granting Major Berserk to a friendly target around the enemy that died instead of the set wearer.
Fixed an issue where Major Berserk, granted from this item set, was stacking with other sources of Major Berserk.

It does look strong and i like testing out sets but 3 seconds seem to short for me to want to farm it. Might be cool if the time stacked like vampires kiss used to before they nerfed it.

It may not have a place in pve, but in pvp this set can actually be really good. If you kill someone you can just go from target to target on a rampage.

Well yeah it's powerful, but it's also situational.

For instance in a 1v1 the 5pc won't grant any benefit to you, if you destro ult a group after the first kill it does +25% more damage which would basically melt everything. I know it's a stamina set, but that never stopped stamina characters running that ult

Hmmm... altmer mag nb with HJ retribution and Vicious death with a lighning destro staff - minor brutality from grim focus, stealth kill the weakest, destro ulti, mass hysteria... players start popping like popcorn, invisible yourself away...
