Guild Hall

So, I have not been on the PTS much yet, but I was wondering if anyone knows the intricacies about using a house as a guild hall.

Can people visit your home while you are offline?

How do you visit other people's homes?

For example, if the guild leader bought a home and allowed the entire guild to use it, can the guild use it freely whether or not the owner is online?

Not an expert but from what I read, they will be useful as guild halls for the most part. You can give individuals or guilds permissions and they can visit while you are offline. You can even give people decorating permissions if you choose. There would need to be one person though that actually owned the house. The big issue is that currently the instance is capped at 24 (i think) players. I like to think that is precautionary at first to not blow up the servers, but who know if it will ever be increased.

Yes, you can visit another player's home while they are offline. But only the one they set as a default unless they are online.

You visit other homes by right clicking their name, just as if you'd travel on them.

Only the home owner can place items, but everyone else can move existing ones. I hate this, and wish somehow new permissions will be added to allow other players to add items. This means whoever owns the home in your guild has to make, place, and do extra work for everyone else in the guild to change the appearance of the house.

i still hope theres separate housing system which the house bound to the guild itself rather than need to use member house

24 players + Owner = 25 players in the house instance, from what I understand.
