I found a part of a set, Way of Fire, but don't know where or when I got these.
Does anyone know where this location is? It seems you can't buy this via Trading Guilds.

In this case I'm V16, does the level of these sets adjust to V16 then when scaled to V16, or this level doesn't exist for V16?
