Seems to me this is SoL. Customer support can't do anything, they started to send me a ridiculously sounding auto-response every time: "If you have not been able to find a resolution to your issue, please respond back to this email so we can continue to assist you". Google doesn't help either - suggests this is a routing problem. Well, why can I play every other online game with servers in EU then? I can provide sniffed packets between my machine and ESO servers to an actual dev, if some actual dev is interested, which is unlikely. What other options I have?
