Is it worth a million?

I still have a Covenant Mage Mercenary contract from back in the good ol' Vanilla days when these things used to kill like 50 people EZPZ. Now that houses are coming out I find myself in need of gold for the daggerfall mansion. My big question is, how much are these things worth, since I never ever seen them? I wanna say a million since they are still pretty strong last I heard.

No idea what they are worth. I saw someone selling them for 100-200k a piece about 6 months ago. probably was low balling it though. I would say it is worth whatever people are willing to pay. Wish they still had these things in the game

Nothing like breaking down the door to a inner keep that seemed to be deserted only to be greeted by a huge horde of mercenaries piling through the breach!

I've sold a number of these at 100k. If you price it at 1m, I don't think anyone will buy.

If someone wants to use them to troll in PVP or defend their last emperor keep, etc., they need to buy at least 5 - 10 of them.

Mage's die to caltrops now. They aren't as powerful as they used to be so it's an antique item with no real application.

With the all powercreep, they are way too weak now. Previously, say for example, soloing a max level resource used to be a privilege for the few. Now, anyone can do it and those who can't are easy AP. It's still possible for good players to die doing it if careless though like by DBoSing/Overloading yourself on the face and oneshot yourself.

They still spawn and can kill people, used one to kill two people a while back.
