What happens to vipers sting after the patch?

I have a simple question is the vipers sting going to be affected by the global poison cool down put into affect with the next patch? Are we going to have to wait 10 seconds for a viper sting to proc?

✭✭✭My *belief* is that the poison cooldown applies to alchemical poisons not to "poison dame" from the other effects.
Viper Sting will lose a bit due to not being able to crit its damage which if you have a 50% crit chance with no extras at all is a flat out 20% reduction in the set's overall expected output - worse for higher crit or higher crit damage builds.
FWIW ZOS really needs to rename either alchemical poisons" or all the other poisons damage to TOXINS/TOXIC to end the ongoing does a affect b for these things.Edited by STEVIL on January 10, 2017 1:28AMProudly skooma free while talks-when-drunk is in mandatory public housing.
