Error 303 & Invalid Connection Messaging

I have done all the troubleshooting for anything Zenimax has given me in messages. The weird thing is that when I go to log on to the main account, it loads and everything but when loading in the main screen with scenery it stops the loading wheel. Which takes usually forever but doesn't even say it will be an unusual load time. It just loads in, yes but then kicks me out of the server. I am making a video about this on what exactly is happening on my channel. So if anyone has any information to the fact of this weird bug. I would appreciate this!

Also in the long run I even logged on with my brother's account on my xbox and it seemed to work fine as well as my other account that is already on my xbox. Just when I try to log in on the main one it just keeps timing me out. It loads but only for a couple seconds then times out. Either says 303 or invalid connection. Kinda weird....I did all the port forwarding too! I had to spend money in real life to my ISP for service in order for this to be fixed. Still isn't.

I am having the same issue on PC NA today. At least 10 times so far.

Ok So on PC NA, When I am switching toons, I sometimes get the error 303 and it boots me out. It only happens when I switch toons, and sometimes, I cannot log into certain toons, I will keep getting the 303 error and booted out. One day it took me 10 times over six hours to be able to log into one certain toon. This has been progressively getting worse since the launch of 1T. It takes me over 45 mins just to log into six toons and grab the crafting writs, because I am constantly getting booted and having to relog.

I did not have this problem consistently until Monday morning. it has always been an occasional occurrence, but as of Monday I can hardly log out to a different alt without getting booted. And I do rotate through all my 10 alts 1st thing everyday to collect hireling mails, manage inventory, feed horses, and mange trait research and swap alts additionally to keep my trait researches going. I can pretty much count on 5 or 6 error 303 boots in that process.
