A clarification on houses...

So, I can't find a topic about this so I figured I'd ask here. The dev blog says that to buy a house in a zone we need to "prove ourselves." Does this mean complete the achievement for doing X quests in said zone? If so...Which houses are found in which zones? I know which ones I'm aiming for (I assume the manor houses require "Hero of <faction>"), I just don't know which zones to make sure I get quested out before it hits. Thanks in advance!

✭✭✭✭✭You are correct that the manor houses require the hero of x title achievements
This requires the main story line quests in each zone, + maybe more. I can't look right now but if you find the achievements in the quest log and click to expand them they will say what you need

As a general rule of thumb smaller houses need easier achievements - like the ones for saving that particular town from whoever is attacking it at that moment.
