I was reading in the PTS patch notes the following change to rousing roar:

Rousing Roar: Increased the duration of the Major Brutality buff provided by this morph to 20/21/22/23 seconds from 4/4.3/4.7/5 seconds.


The tooltip reads "Grants Major Brutality to nearby allies, increasing Weapon damage..." etc

So I'm lead to believe that this buff doesn't apply to yourself when you cast it?
I've looked it up online but found two sources saying the complete opposite, so I was hoping someone who has tested it and knows could fill me in?

I want to try to avoid remorphing my skills so would be good to know in advance.
