Allowing players to abuse other players pets (With added consequences)

I know this is a harsh request, but I should be able to walk up to someones pet, and start kicking it around... or punching it.
The consequences would be the pet owners decision.... to either force the abuser into a duel or the owner having the choice of calling the guards which in result gives the abuser 100 gold bounty (Or more).

✭✭✭The only pets I want eradicated from the game are those very annoying things we got from the Orsinium dlc. Even the Jackals are preferable to those pets. No idea how people can tolerate walking around with those things. I think I used mine for30 secs and have never used it again. What's your opinion about the Dark Brotherhood quest line? Won't that manifest into something far greater? I better not re do it on my alternative toons because I might become a serial killer in the real world.

I can't tell you how many farm animals I had to kill to get an achievement or how many wolfs I killed does this make me sick? Or am I just playing a mmo and having fun?1 -

Brilliant point and violence in games.
All the same there is something really dark about the way OP stated his desire for this, and the fact that others have commented that this isn't the first time this request has come in, makes it disturbing to whole new level.

That's just a little bit different from walking up to some random player and kicking their dog.
Agreed, when killing frogs, we do it for guts, when killing wolves we do it for pelts and wolves will attack us just for coming in range, and when we catch fish its for meat and the chance for perfect roe.
But going up to the player and kicking his pet will give nothing but grief/rage to the player, only sick people enjoy putting other real people into grief.8 -

I have that impulse about every time I watch the news, or posts like above... there are always some people who would greatly improve the human gene pool by removing themselves from it.
And the impulse to help things along a bit often comes up when you see, read or hear about the behavoirs that make them such great candidates for a "Darwin Award".
We normal sentient beings just control our impulses, and subliminate them in game violence against NPCs which "had it coming" by aggroing us first! (after all, when they aggro, they are hardly innocent anymore and thus fair game!)
And lives don't matter and more or less then any other.
The emotional connections however do.
That is why it is okay to catch, kill and eat a fish from the river (caution - local hunting and fishing laws may apply), and not okay to catch, kill and eat your neighbors beloved kittycat.
And that I have to actually explain that takes my faith in humanity down another notch...6 -
