So I have played this game for some time. Enough to achieve almost 800 cp. I should also mention I play from NZ so my connection is crystal clear 24/7 when I'm not on the game and looking for a way to kill myself after playing. Just kidding but you get the idea.
Ever since I started it honestly was a fun game, PVP more than PvE at first but then you brought so much to PvE it was hard not to like. Great job there, you really nailed it.
But PVP in the past 6 months is so unbearably painful. Im embarrassed to even call the game competitive when there is literally no skill involved anymore. I wouldn't say I was the best but I knew my way around a few characters quite well. To keep it short here were my major disappointments and frustrations.
1. I enjoyed 1vX until heavy got buffed and you allowed proc builds to stack damage, resources and defenses. This basically meant if you want to survive you had no chance unless you matched them by wearing heavy. Something you promoted because you're dumb and you never thought about the builds people put together or took action on the Op builds various streamers recommended you nerf. Great job, better luck next time I guess.
2. Light and medium armor got hit hard with the heavy buff once again, I recently compared my light build which stacks damage but struggles with health and resources to a heavy version and the results were disgusting. I'm not sure why light or medium even exists anymore. Seriously, it is unplayable and provides you with zero advantage over heavy. Take a look at the heavy passives ffs, healing, max health, damage stacking, resource regeneration. Really?!?
3.The sad part is the game was once good and it still can be, but you blatantly ignore the issues that the players and streamers that care about the longevity of the game bring up, Procs not criting is a step but no touch on heavy or destro ult more recently. Then you nerf skill that literally are underpowered or fine how they are, curse and funnel health?!?!
4. And blazing shield builds, well thets not go there but just say boring and pointless.
I'll leave you with some recent screenshots to show you what proc builds are capable of if you even think of trying to play competitively in light. Oh and I'll leave a snap shot of the guy that pretty much hits the nail on the head when it comes to nerfing curse because I think he is spot on not necessarily about the ability but about how you choose what to nerf or leave along. RNG probably.
Please just get out and play your game, its not difficult with the current setup anyway.
