Seeking Sorcerer Tips/Advice for Noobs

i am looking for advice/tips for the sorcerer class.
PVP & PVE. Healing, dps, survivability, solo, etc. I want any advice you can bring to the table. I'm also at work For another 6 hrs and am very bored.

PVP - someone else answer this.

PVE - Infal Aether obtained from Trials + Julianos is nice.
Other than that, WIllpower rings/neck, Julianos, trash gold sharpen staff is fine.

PVE STAM - NMG 6 trait crafted set. Agility Monster Helm set, Lekis weapons.

Bars Magicka : Force Pulse, Crystal Frags, Harden Ward, Bound Agies, Inner Light
Power Surge, Liquid Lightning, Harden Ward, Bound Agies, Thundering Presence
Ulti ( Supression field will keep you alive 9/10 times) Meteor for damage and Engery Overload for regen magicka and single target burst..

I could go on and on but you need to provide further info what you're trying to achieve stam or magic?
What CP?
Looking to do end game content VMA? Trials?

I'm looking to do everything I possibly can end game. PVP and PVE. Idk what CP stands for. And I've been going magicka so far. I'm looking for a strong solo leveling build, survivability>all. Then once I hit max level I'll have a better idea of what I'm going to do with my skill/attribute points.

But ultimately, come end game I'd like to be involved In a little bit of it all. Tbh idk even what armor set to stick with. I have a mixture of all 3 at the moment. I am a noob.

Got it here we go.

PVE -

Bar 1. Force Pulse, Crystal Frags, Harden Ward, Bound Agies, Inner Light, Eye of the Storm ULTI
Bar 2. Power Surge, Liquid Lightning, Harden Ward, Bound Agies, Thundering Presence, Energy Overload ULTI
Bar 3. Power Surge, Mages Wrath (execute), Harden Ward, Bound Agies, Inner Light, Energy Overload ULTI

These bar setups is what I'd be running while you're learning and wanting to stay alive.

Power Surge with the crit heals will be you're life line remembering that more crit you have the more frequent you'll heal generally you'll want to aim for 60-65% crit end game which will be more than fine.

Mundus Stone - Theif generally I wouldn't touch anything else - HOWEVER for learning and general leveling you may want to go recovery mundus which I think is the attro stone "double check that"

Cp - stands for champion points which you'll start accumulating after hitting 50. These help shape you're character with more defensive, offensive and utility capabilities.

Points 64 into Magicka none into health.

At end game with undaunted passive 1 heavy, 1 medium, 5 light you'll have approx 18-19k Health with perhaps 1 healthy enchant on jewels or body,legs or helm.

Armour you'll want 5 Julianos, 3 willpower, monster helm ( of you're choosing ) I suggest valk skoria from city of ash 2 or Llambris monster set. 2 Torag Pact Swords back bar.

Julianos is 6 trait and costs next to nothing these days, same with will power rings/neck which you can pick up for a decent price from an auction house or player.

Staff should ALWAYS be sharpen to maximise DPS, you back bar should be 2 swords of torgas pact.

The general advice above is the cheapest way to obtain decent solid gear as well as bar setups for keeping you alive as you had asked for.

Also when you become more confident you can change the Harden Ward on your front bar for elemental wall for further additional damage.
