I enjoy fist type of classes.
Any classes/weapon types that are similar to punching?
I know this game doesn't have fist type of weapon choice but anything similar?

No, but with overpowered proc sets, you can actually be viable without weapons, watched a video of a guy winning a duel like that xD

Closest i would say is a nightblade using daggers. Killers blade kind of looks like a punch.

It would be nice if ZOS could release a weapon called gauntlets. All they do is give you the same weapon damage as any other weapon but provide 25% faster light and heavy attacks. Then i could weave punches between class abilties.

would the light attack restore stamina or magica or both?

Daggers are a good choice because they are fast but they tend to be weak. But the more powerful single handed maces would feel slower but more powerful. More like comparing Manny Paquiou to George Foreman. Fast vs Power!

Except all 1h weapons have the same damage and attack speed...

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but aren't daggers actually the best choice for PvE Stamina DPS, since they deal just as much damage as every other 1H weapon, and additionally provide weapon crit on account of the Twin Blade and Blunt passive?

I can't say for sure that one set of dual wielding weapons are better than another when it comes to preserving stamina versus an enemy. When I craft weapons for my characters I make them all different with whatever I chose to make them like. I gear their traits towards the kind of character I want to create. I never sat down and studied the differences between the kinds. I focus more on what traits I put in them and what kind of set they are.
