Can we increase the standard of might duration from 17 to 20 sec pls? :)

As I understand it, every reason behind the current nerfs, was to remove the burst damage, atleast I think I read it somewhere.
Increasing the standard of might duration from 17 seconds to 20 seconds, would help sustained dps abit even after the 5% dmg nerf. Pretty please nice and kind zenimax, you already made trap, crit and monster sets rip <3 Don't make me slot ballista pls!

    I don't use standard in PVP cause. I don't rely on it while in closed areas players can out heal the standard even though that it was supposed to be for stopping thier heals. If u play on a no cp campaign then it might be useful slotting it.

    Honestly speaking, from the PTS tests, MagDK now is the highest DPS. I don't want a further PvE buff for them.

    I can agree on that. Stamina DK's tho, are totally rip. Getting beaten single target dps atm by range sorc who meteor catches. Will be even worse after the update.

    I'd rather they just reworked the whole ultimate into something else. It doesn't really have a niche anymore as a single target burn booster. There are better ultimate abilities that do more damage per ult cost even when factoring in 15% damage across 5 dots, weaved attacks and whip for the duration. You will do more single target damage just dropping a destro ult.

    The damage mitigation on banner is pointless, there are much better ultimates for damage mitigation, and if you are using this as a tank you are blowing your groups warhorn, for what will be modest damage mitigation and laughable damage if you are wearing tanking gear. If you are tanking 5 light or 5 medium then the damage will be better but if you can tank in light, why not just go 3 dps instead? There is no needed niche for that.

    What I'd love a dk to have is a fast build low cost ultimate with some good debuffs and damage on it. Something like death stroke.

    Just let the ultimate slot also be able as a 6th slot for skills. If I don't want an ultimate let me put magelight or expert hunter in there, or a heal. Maybe I don't WANT an ultimate. Why? Because I'm picky. I get it's free DPS, but...

    It's not a bad idea I think. I know many use meteor as main ultimate and also slot it for the passives. Meaning they actually dont need a 2nd ultimate on their backbar. Before the dawnbreaker cost increase, I used dawnbreaker ult on my stam sorc after empower it with maelstrom flurry as a dps rotation. As stam dk, I still prefere having dawnbreaker for the passive wpn dmg on main bar and standard on backbar, its a balanced rotation atm. If they gave some of the DK ultimates increased dmg with poison and fire while slotted or something, I could use the ult on main bar and an extra dot on backbar, maybe could work.

    Surely you saw in the patch notes that ZOS, instead of adding some extra time, reduce its length by 5 secs.

    45s is better.

    haha yeah that would be insane. But had to make a realistic request. Even a 25 sec request might be too much to ask for I guess.
