From PTS Patch Notes v2.7.0:
"Many chairs, thrones, benches, pews, stools, and other seating objects throughout Tamriel are now interactive. You just need to approach the furniture and interact with it to sit down"
So, would you like a possibility to combine interactive seating objects with certain subset of emotes?
For example: you sit and drink or laugh at the same time.

Being able to interact with seating is a great step in the right direction and i'm really pleased to see it introduced. But combination emotes like sitting and reading or eating or laughing at the same time... now that would be fantastic.1 -

"I don't care" seems harsh....I just don't really have a preference one way or the other. I'd use them on occasion...For a bit, but that'd be it. I just don't use emotes that much. I would not oppose this idea being implemented, as I know some people RP, and under that aspect, I can see where this would be an awesome addition for those circumstances.1 -

✭✭Yes, it would be great for RP!Yes, so much yes. Just to be able to sit in a chair in a tavern, and quaff a flagon of ale or chuckle while doing so. I like RP - but even if I didn't, sometimes my group needs to do a Situation Report and it's annoying to all just stand around like dolts.0 -

I raised this via a ticket previously but didnt get any response to that as far as i know.
As mentioned before, if I am seated, it seems (really) odd to 'jump and stand to attention to eat' if i then try to eat something via e.g. /eat etc
In addition, thx for adding more options to 'use seat' but I still often get 'seated' facing the wrong way! So if I try to sit at a table I get 'seated' facing the outside and not facing the table, and/or the npc(s) that are also seated at the table.. So if your are rpg, this is bascially equivalent to 'ignore people at table and show them your back'
