That was honestly one of the only things keeping me playing, was throwing it on keep breaches and using it to help control mobs in VMA. I'm not happy about that at all

It's basically something that's been implemented to help control the templar population, because half of cyrodiil are Templars.

And why PvE people should suffer because of that? Why not disable this effect in PvP only? That skill was extremely helpful to my healer-support, now it's mostly useless.

I'm not sure why it was needed, and I'm not thrilled about it, but I'll live. I'll learn and adapt to the change, it will just take a little getting use to.
