Stam morph

Power Extraction- adds major brutality %20 more weapon damage
Ambush-teleports to enemy and empowers next attack to do %20 more damage
Killers blade- stamina morph execute %300 more damage on targets under %25 health
Surprise attack- stam morph debuffs enemy major fracture/ breach

Magic skill that support stam

Siphoning attacks-light/heavy attacks restore stam and magic for 15 seconds
Leeching Strikes- toggle ability (turn on/off must be slotted both bars) restores health, magic, stam but decreases weapon power %20
Relentless focus- minor berserk %8 more damage minor endurance %10 stam recovery. Hard hitting proc
Mirage-major evasion, minor resolve, minor ward

Well, no one ever uses leeching strikes because it's a major loss to damage, but it's the only self heal next to Vigor you have as a StamBlade. Power extraction adds major brutality %20 extra damage which can somewhat nullify the damage loss of leeching ....you don't often hear it mentioned in builds IDK why? It hits almost as hard steel tornado and close to the same range....plus it adds that major brutality....

Surprise attack is StamBlade main single target attack skill used and if it's not, it should be. Relentless focus should always be up. Try to get the proc when it's ready. Mirage also needs to always be up, it's your shields and gives you the same buff from Medium armor but costs magic; which is great because you'll always have enough to keep this up.

Killers blade is very strong execute on targets near death

Ambush is much more a PvP skill that doesn't really have much place in PvE, even though the empowered next hit looks good.

DW/Bow is going to be the best PvE setup for a good long while.

Gear...VO/NMG/Veledrith is the go to it still seems, but before that it was NMG/Agility/Skoria for a long time. VO/Red Mountain will also perform very well. Once you have Vicious Ophidian regardless of the traits, you will want to use it over anything. It is that good. Hundings Rage is also a great set to run. Penetration sets won't do much for StamBlade because sharpened weapons and surprise attack will take 11k resistance off your target immediately. High Crit sets can be hard to judge because it can be adequately achieved through Mundus and wearing medium armor.

I don't put Twice Born Star here because you have to keep 5 piece on at all times which can be difficult to achieve for weapon swapping and getting sharpened drop weapons/jewelry. If you're going one crafted, one dropped I would probably use something different.

Using a drop set, crafted set and monster set is what most will end up doing if they can pull it off, but 2 drop sets can be very powerful or one drop one crafted and maybe 1 piece monster that adds important stats.(weapon damage)

Some other things

The DW abilities bloodcraze and bloodthirst will still pale in comparison of your surprise attack and class execute killers blade.

Race- more stamina inclined races will work better for StamBlade than say High Elf for example.

Hopefully this can help someone out that's making a stamina based Nightblade

Just FYI Rapid Strikes does more DPS than surprise attack as long as major fracture is being applied by the tank or another DPS, even when you don't have VMA daggers.

The numbers look cool and all, but.....the channeled flurry time you could do 2 or 3 heavy attack surprise attack. I think more testing needs to be done.
