I've crafted innumerable people purple armor anywhere from level 10 to CP 160. Free, all mats, all the time.

All houses combined cost 25,793,000 gold. I certainly don't want all the houses, but that's nothing compared to the amount of mats to do the master writs to maybe get a chance to buy the recipes that let you make furnishings. Drop rate is very low, certainly less than 1/10 for the master writs. Which require gold mats.

I think it's safe to say some guilds are going to have to pull together to make one big opulent hang-out if there's any hope of making an "attuned" crafting station hub. Jebus. The sheer cost of everything absolutely boggles the mind.
