I'd love to see a medium sized condo up in the Eldenroot tree with a huge balcony (balcony could be like those mushroom thingys that are currently sticking out of west side of tree). Giving a spectacular view over Grathwood. Entrance could be a ladder somewhere close to Wayshrine inside the tree to access your 'house' instance.
