Wardrobe Crafting feature (motif and style options)

I'd like to see ZOS expand crafting now that housing and such are coming out.

I'm calling it wardrobe crafting because this is unlike the creation of gear today.

This crafting is purely cosmetic and only involves two things:

1. Known motif
2. Inventory item

Purpose:
-enable players to change the artwork on existing items to known motif or change them to utilize artwork from lower tier materials often seen at the crafting stations associated with tier 1 and tier 2 armor (levels 1-30)

How:
-players could pay an NPC to change their wardrobe (item specific) with no other changes to quality or stats

Cost:
Ingame gold only

Additional option:
-Assistant that comes as result from completing new content as well as a crown store option

    I agree we need some way to change around how our armor looks, but disagree with it being a consumable and disagree with it being for in-game gold. I'd prefer they utilize something like every other cosmetic system and have it be through the collections UI. I don't pay 1000 Crowns every time I change into my Chancelor costume (or whatever that nice Imperial one is), I just go to the collections UI and equip it. I feel that the same system should govern changing it to look like you're using one piece of armor or another.

    @Recremen

    It shouldn't read as any consumable.
    It's basically an NPC vendor that allows each player to change their actual gear style if they know the style motif

    The only thing being consumed is a small amount of gold. Maybe like 20gp per item

    That's the point though, that gold adds up when you're changing around things constantly! I can only imagine what would happen if it cost me gold to dye my gear. I'd be financially ruined!
