So I deleted an old character by mistake and I sent an email out to support just to get this email back 'Your recent incident update was from an email address not associated with the incident. In an effort to maintain the security of information, we cannot update the incident using this email address. I have tried multiple times out of frustration, so I decided to contact them changing my email just to get the same reply back.
