Hi am GM of two Trade Guilds on PC EU. I sent a email out using Shissus great addon which i have done quite a few times before albeit not for some months and was automatically social banned where i cannot interact with players in any way nor access any trader including my own guilds. The ticket was raised 3 days ago and not a word from support. Please can someone look at my ticket 170101-002115. Please help @ZOS_DaryaK
