Aim for having burning spell weave, julianos, scathing Mage, elegance, and lich at your disposal (julianos is craft able).

Jewelry for pve get infallible aether, or if you can't, get willpower from imperial city sewers.

If dual wield, torugs pact. Sharpened staves. One fire one lightning. Try dw destro or destro destro setups.

Monster sets are easy now, get kena, ilambris (which is getting needed soon, but w/e) and grothdar.

Pm if u want help with crafting or building for specific situations (I.e. Dungeons vs solo vs trial vs pvp etc)

For a PVE build, would Julianos + Mother's Sorrow be a good combination with the Shadow mundus stone?

I'll be going back to kena for maelstrom and wearing 5x lich with kena in dungeons

No, not really on a sorc. What you want to do is find either a 5-piece set, a two piece monster helm and shoulder (ilambris is easily best now, but others can work in diff situations), and a 3-piece jewelry set.

Two five piece sets that work really freaking well together, like julianos and elegance specificity as an overload build.

Also the thief is the mundus stone to use. The only time you would ever use shadow is with twice born star, where you would do thief and shadow. Thief is important cuz you want your spell crit to be high enough (~60% is good) to do critical damage with consistency. Crystal frags critting for 28k almost all the time is better than it critting for 34k 40% of the time and only hitting for 19k the other 60% it's fired.

Try 5 burning spell weave, 2 ilambris, and two destruction staves. Slot force pulse, inner light, and frags together on one, and put wall of elements and the destro ulti on the second staff. Put bound aegis on both bars.

This is pretty much spot on. I run the Julianos/Illambris/Willpower set up with Destro/Destro and thief mundus. Hits like a truck. When you hit destro ult with illambris proc (which is easy if you use a lightning and inferno staff), liquid lighting and wall of elements you cant see most of the screen due to damage trackers and you do about 200k damage in the space of 6 seconds LOL, then throw a consistent crit frag at 30k for the icing on the cake. There is a reason a magsorc is sort after for trials and dungeons when it comes to all out DPS.

Heh, i still need to find some people that can help me grind that sucker up to 14-50 in like 1/2 hours. Those kind of people are hard to find because y'know.. It's kindof a time waster when ur not also grinding for lvl 50.

No, i play PC EU, i already have 2 maxed out characters. I grinded them up and then did the Main Story Quest line. I guess i can try doing all the questlines. It'll help me out later
