1.) The customization options flat out suck (Instead of giving us items which unlock and can be worn) GIve us the option (With Subscription to freely go back) and edit our character whenever we want to, add the new unlocked cash shop items to the character creator (Only charge $10 for race changes if that is a must.) Stop being greedy.

2.) RNG Boxes, If you are going to do these (Please at least show the percentage chance to get each item, and a list of contents in each box its rather annoying not knowing anything about items seeing a guy spend $100 on YouTube it really isn't worthit its just GAMBLING, but really a Gacha to avoid Gambling laws.

3.) On top of RNG Boxes, allow RNG contents to be sold between other players in the game including adding a (Table) which items can be marketed on or Vendor where other players can visit another players house and buy items.

I absolutely agree with you. This game is falling apart with these choices they do on the Crown store.

And to make an example, I still don't understand why people doesn't obstruct the selling of the changing appearance coupon for 10 euros...I understand you can afford it, but do you realize 10 euros is a ridiculous high price just to change character appearance ?
This goes with every decision they made and the community is clearly not satisfied with: stop buying it or their policy will never change.

Not really, that's a fairly standard price for any MMO appearance change. At least, on the MMOs that do charge for that service, some are free.

Yeah, the appereance option is priced the same as many other games charge for. The namechange on the other hand... -sighs-

Still wish they had made it completely different. This style parlor is clumsy with the "buy token in game, then return to character select to edit" mechanic... I can understand them not wanting to have full edit in game for character info sending entanglements, but at least they could have done away with the darn tokens and just let people pay their darn crowns from the darn character selection screen, darnit!

But they choose otherwise.

Or even better - have an incremental cost per slider moved, total it, to be paid when they press the "make it so" button. Sure, they loose some profit on smaller edits... but earn that back over time from people who keep fiddling with their characters, chesing 'perfection' - and we know we would, if it cost "oh, only 150 crowns? Sure I'dll do that..." and then do it again and again and over the next year spend more on thoughtless small edits then we will now on the big chunk for a token...

But they choose otherwise.

And even the nairstyle/adornment stuff... there they erred on the other side, letting people buy a pack to let them swap all that nilly willy... when it would have been so much better if they had added a "barbershop" stand to every major city where you could change your hair, makeup/warpaint, adornemnts and such for a gold cost (gold sink & immersion? it'd have been great!)

Or for namechanges, an NPC "recordkeeper" in your capital city, who for a small bribe of crowns would "update" the offociual records with a new name, as immersive option, much like you have the shrines for immersive respecs...
