That'd be amazing, I can't wait to see Vvardenfell. That said I'd expect a DLC rather than expansion. Though it would be nice to have Vvardenfell the same size as it was in morrowind.
And it's Var-den-fell
To a point, I'd agree. However, if Vvardenfell is going to be anything like the right size, surely even an Orsinium sized DLC isn't going to hold it.
I would rather them go for an Expansion, include all of the required elements and areas and get it right than try and pare it down to fit.
Vvardenfell is a risk, it has to be executed well, as so many of us have such fond memories of it. Done badly, or cheaply, it may well backfire to ESO and ZOS's detriment.
...also, I have no problem paying for actual content rather than gamble crates.

i mean have you seen stonefalls chat? makes you wonder why some of these people aren't on some kind of special IV drip with TES:III going through their veins at this point

I never played Morrowind. No idea what you are reminiscing about. I'm a Forgotten Realms fan. I relate Dunmer to drow. Which is worthy of it's own thread. Starting something like: A dark elf is a dark elf is a dark elf no matter where he be. Like hobbits/halflings are always tiny little thieves.
If this content you speak of means more black skinned pointed earned brethren I'm in.

Morrowind is one of the all time greats. Before Morrowind my definition of RPG was Final Fantasy games. Now don't get me wrong, the classic FF games are still to this day legendary. But Morrowind blew me away. It really put me in the role of this individual exploring and interacting with a massive world (well massive for its time).
If there was a candle or lantern on a table, you could pick it up and use it for light in a dark ruin or cave. You could pretty much go wherever you wanted when you wanted 99% of the time. All the armors, weapons, books you could read, the potions of levitation. It was awesome.
Kind of a bummer Bethesda chose to make an HD remake of Skyrim and not Morrowind. I know everyone loves Skyrim, but just imagine if they had announced an updated HD remake of Morrowind!

I never had the pleasure to play Morrowind. What is the Warden class? How does it compare to the existing classes? Did Morrowind allow any race to play any class? Thanks in advance for the information. And I hope all of you have a joyous and happy new year 2017.
IF it were an expansion it should come with:
Vvardenfell (Whole island, obvs)
Clockwork City (With the area it is located in, rumoured to be the southern marsh area of Morrowind)
Warden class
New Trial (Red Mountain area)
2 new 4 man dungeons.
So you just post next years coming DLC the will all most like be DLC all off then and i guess Vvardenfell well 1st DLC after player house and then Clockwork City and i guess those other 3 you post will be small DLC just like the shadows of the hist
I predict that 2017's DLC is:
Q1: Housing
Q2: Vvardenfell (to coincide with Morrowind's 15th anniversary)
Q3: Clockwork City and Southern Marsh
Q4: Nibenay or the Colovian Highlands. (With Battlegrounds/Arenas)
Murkmire is being heavily reworked I believe, so we won't see that yet.
Mephala's Realm will likely be 2018.
adding a 5th class will be the worst new mistake zos could make. this game is not wow or league of legends. this is not a class-centric game, it is a skills-centric game. this means you add new skill lines to change/shake up the games dynamic. this is on top of the fact there is nothing a new class could bring to the table. a new class would merely cause one or more other classes to become obsolete: we already have all the class arch-types needed for balance.
