Creating a new toon - What's a good class for ORC?
Going off the racial passives, id say anything Stamina based. Stamina Sorcerer or Stamina Nightblade would be good, though id choose Sorcerer due to skills like Surge and Hurricane.
Orcs have natural affinities to health recovery, reduced sprint cost, increased healing received, and increased damage on melee weapons ... all those synergize well with a Stam DK.
Side note, Orcs get a racial boost for crafting inspiration ... so the new character could be your main crafter.
If you want to go orky... well, they always liked melee weapons and heavy armor, so either go full out tank, or go with an "frontal assault DPS" build... your main focus should be the weapon skills, that aside, they go very well with DK and templar for passives, stamina morphs and selfheals, decent with stamina sorcs for speedy fights, and okay with nightblades, though there they really have not so great synergies (since orcs are more for in your face fighting, not for sneaking around).
My orsimer is heavy armor stamina templar, "paladin" template - swinging a hefty two-hander and emergency templar selfheals, maybe not quite the DPS of a medium armored killer, but great on the "slow and steady" approach. If I were to make another, I probably would go with dragonknight tank/DPS. Those IMO are the niftiest orc builds.
StamSorc because Dark Deal is all the resource management you need. On StamDK if you're really trying to push out the damage you need the Redguard passive. Otherwise you'd likely have to run some sort of resource management set/glyph/mundus. It's still doable -- but just harder.

Orc would do very well as a Stamina DPS or Tank. All of the Classes are a good choice imo, there isn't really a wrong option here. They are one of the best Races for Melee DPS or Tanking, and all 4 Classes can make good DPS or Tanks with the right adjustments and gear.
Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.
what!!!...what's with all this orc love...this must be a first...
SnB orc stamplar (still like to use radiant oppression though ) here...
after reading some of the comments though - kinda wish I had tried the orc stam sorc...used bosmer for stam sorc...
for whatever crazy reason, decided not to duplicate race for any characters...really hoping we get a warden or necromancer class, so I can finally pick a khajit and argonian...

My hybrid stam/mag templar orc dd (destro/dual wield) that I'm working on now (trying to make work) is turning out surprisingly good.. so close to getting 30k on both resources and just shy of 2k weapon/spell damage without buffs at the moment and no Pelenials (destruction mastery and bahara's, grothgar)......but yeah prob a stam sorc if I had to go for a 'proper build'.
