I've wanted to try it for a while but thanks to the rng it took this long.
So I have an argonian nb tank and this seems to be the best self healing yet. I'm getting 1600/s for 8 sec heals (13k total) from 10% heal proc plus all the stam. So the it procs from the healing from my leeching strikes light attacks, refreshing path, invigorating drain ticks and eventually vigor (ill grind it one day).
It's definitely better self healing than any other set.

VampiricByNature✭✭✭✭@DigitalShibby Let's be honest though. Healer helmets are immensely weak in comparison to dps helmets. The critical barely made them worthwhile and they still don't beat the 5-5-1 setup most healers run.3

✭tbh I haven't been noticing much crit healing, it's more about being able to keep it proc'd constantly vs the low returns of "when hit" effects on bosses that with low attack rates. That and stam is always full.Edited by WalksonGraves on December 31, 2016 7:27PM1 -

✭✭Leeching Plate with the bonus healing is undervalued. Also a good one to check out. I prefer things where I can do nothing (meaning I can be CC'd) over sets that require ability activation--but that's just preference.
Again, it'll be crapped up next patch, but still.0 -

✭The stamina return is really nice on any non-Templar healer with stamina DPS.
I like this set a lot but the coming loss of crit will definitely impact this set.1 -

Again, it'll be crapped up next patch, but still.
I run Reactive, 35% dr while you can't block is pretty damn good and it triggers on getting hit by boss hvy attacks. Leeching is good but is weakest against single targets and only has a chance to proc when you need it vs reactive always being there for you.0 -

Here is a perfect example of a blanket nerf that will hurt a ton of cool sets rather than only the problem proc sets. They were always supposed to crit.
Unless ZOS buffs every single useless proc set and nerfs the problem sets, they will have just made a ton of sets useless.

I don't see your point, weapon and class attacks still crit so iceheart will still proc.
Otherwise, I argee the blanket nerf should be replaced with specific buffs and nerfs on a case by case basis.
OP, I've been looking at making a high health regen tank, sounds like I'll have to try this set.

Iceheart is completely terrible now. It was terrible before this nerf, and is even worse now. Same goes for Ashen Grip, Ice Furnace, Syvarra's Scales..... there are many sets.
I could list a ton of sets here you probably have not heard of (almost no one has heard of many of them) that are weak proc sets now that will get nerfed.
Point is, ZOS better buff every single one of these weak proc sets. Also nerf the OP sets like Viper's Sting. If crits are gone, then this needs to happen.Edited by Vaoh on January 1, 2017 11:05AM0 -

The damage only works with the dmg shield up, it wouldn't last long usually.
8300 becomes 4150 in pvp not counting bastion. Which is basically 1 random attack or dots.
Should be changed so the damage aoe's damage works even if the damage shield drops.PS4 EU DC

I used it briefly on my stam sorc, the shield refreshes faster than it takes to drop it with hurricane but the dps loss didn't outweigh the better survivability0 -

Even then, that damage is weak. It needs a buff to both shield strength and damage done.0 -
