Its been almost a day now since i got banned. I was basically farming dark anchors in aurldon yesterday, all of a sudden i somehow got into a sea. it seemed to be cubicle in shape with no clear cut shore (i dont have an screenshot of the situation at the exact time but i do have a screenshot of similar situation the happened to me, maybe a couple of days ago http://imgur.com/oinZ7cO )and i disconnected and as i reconnected i was in the bottom part of auridon near the city. i for a bit there and as soon as i returned finishing my lunch i saw that the game had disconnected again. i tried to reconnect but kept getting some kind of error. i tried reconnecting again after a few minutes and my account got banned for no reason. after some time i got an email from zenimax saying that i was banned. i tried searching in steam forums, they said that i was banned because i was trying to play in Na server from asia and that same thing happened to them and support resolved the issue for them. i have sent a mail to the support but talent gotten any reply so far. As a new player with only level 28-29 character i am very frustrated with this
I want my account to be unbanned and to be cleared of all charges
