It was a medium armor 503cp Stamblade. I have to assume it was stage 4 vamp with like.... zero points into elemental defender. I was not expecting to get this high of a hit lol.


And it's a tweaked version of that set-up, only 52k magic with that shot, so it wasn't my maximum damage possible lol.

Yeah, we're pretty much running the same thing I think, the 52K build is my standard setup. I switch to an alternate 50K build or a 56K build depending on my mood, what ultimate I want to run, or whether I'm in a group.

Anyways, who needs an ultimate when you hit this hard? Highlight reel from last night:

Believe it or not I've actually been running a fire destro staff (gasp!) build for the past month as I find it's better vs skilled oppenents. My dual wield build is great for melting noobs and decent players (still about 90% of cyro) but found good players can counter much better than my destro setup

I stuck with 52K and plenty of sustain. Anytime I die it's because I'm out of resources, unlike you guys I can't make a 900 regen build work. I tried. So many times. With amazing and varied builds that hit like a truck. I can't 1vX witnout resources. Someday you'll have to tell me the story that's not shown in the 30 second fight clips.

Dual wield just FEELS right for my playstyle. It's not about who presses more buttons, it's about outthinking the other guy. Making him blow defensive abilities and roll dodges when he thinks you'll frag, but then doing something else. Then later actually hitting him with the proc frag because you cancelled the animation with a roll dodge. Or you empowered it with a different mage guild ability.

That's the thing, I dont even know lol. It wasn't even my max set up... I was trying a different combo that actually has less magic. Either he has zero into elemental, or he forgot to repair his armor lol.

You kept the dream alive during the worst of One Stamriel, and kept me playing the game.

I tried staff builds. Flame BSW, Ice Root, Lightning Elegant. I've tried just about every magicka set with staves. I just can't make it work against good stam builds unless I have 200 ultimate and fire destro ult is slotted. That's not fun for me.
