On Screen Buffs and Debuffs for consoles

can we plz get on screen buffs and debuffs for consoles its so hard trying to see all the little visuals of everything, take crit surge and hurricane hurricane has you glow but if you have crit surge up at the same time its hard to notice so when crit surge goes down how are you supposed to know, and no im not going to sit there and count
