What about being able to go to Akavir (however it's spelt, the continent that kept/keeps invading tamriel) whereby a tanriel could invade akavir or a war in akavir that the player is somehow involved with
Make justice system part II
Here is an easy template
1) Make entrance in each outlaw refuge to caverns, ruins, more sewers etc.
2) Make incentives for players to go in
3) Let players designate themselves criminals or enforcers
4) Allow players to fight each other in these areas
5) Token system similar to IC with separate rewards fir criminals and enforcers
6) Plus it's totally optional fir people who don't want the dlc or don't want to go in
Sounds simple, but may be tricky to implement I'm not a designer
And there is years of DLCs in the blank spots of the map... I want all that before I'd even consider an excursion into akaviri territory.
Of course...
There -are- islands between Tamriel and Akavir, in the Padomeic ocean. Esroniet. Cathnoquey. Yneslea. And a visit to one of those in some sea-pirate-maormer themed DLC... that might be quite possible...
An full on invasion of akavir at this time period would, realistically, be well recorded. So it wouldn't make much sense for it to have happened in eso's time period, but then not having any record of it in the main games
Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!

Like the Planemeld was? Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's likely they'll do this...but if ever there was a time for an invasion to occur, then be swept under the historical rug and forgotten, it would be during the Interregnum.
