I'm getting stuck in load screens that never load in the Imperial City?

When I try to leave the sewers and enter the actual city, I get stuck on a load screen indefinitely. I have to then force close the game and restart it. Only for it to happen yet again. How do I fix this?

Have you tried "stuck" teleport?

It's on a loading screen. I can't access anything.

i am going to assume you are console, because a lot of console players are reporting the same issue

when we submit tickets we are told to

clear our saved data,
perform a hard reset on our console,
reset our router,
check our console is connected to the internet,
check we have access to multiplayer services,
check our internets privacy settings
check the port settings

(in this exact order - although you may be told to perform stages 1-3 repeatedly)

you can try these steps , you may have better luck that me!

if you are infact PC im asuming there are similar if not identical steps that can be done there
