ZOS, we lack nice costumes on crown store. Here is my suggestion: do like Steam and open a workshop where we can user created content. This way your developers can focus on creating more maps and quests, while us, the community will create lore friendly costumes for crown store and future events, furniture and even bringing back creature from older games. In exchange we can get a small percentage from selling or different benefits in game, like free ESO+ or crowns.

Everything should be lore friendly and voted by community. Even that I've said "we" maybe I will never create anything even that I'm not lacking the skills because sometimes I'm too lazy or I simply lose my interest when it comes to monetize my work, but there are talented people that will do and that will hep the game growing and had more variation. Just give us some instructions and a tool to test our items on various characters and we'll do the rest.

Also i want a reply from a ZOS representative about the possibility to implement a workshop and let the community to create some content.
