Yeah. Since I've never seen anything but hate for the crown crates I figured it was worth showing that it is possible to grab something worth while from it without emptying your wallet.

Hopefully someone else has experienced similar results.

I knew exactly what I was getting into, and knew that I didn't plan on going over 30 crates. Every day there are people such as OP who get lucky, no reason for anyone to *** in any cheerios because someone else had a better roll of the dice.

Are you trying to claim that your lucky one time purchase is somehow proof that the terrible experiences others have had is less valid?

I think it peculiar that you would start off the OP with a "I dont support crates" comment and then follow it up with your extremely lucky gamble. And then follow it up with nothing. No explanation, no conclusion not even a reasonable opinion for or against them..Maybe youre confused as to why you posted this.

Id be more impressed if you had actually posted a multi-source data collection of crown crate purchases that actually showed that your chances of a Apex drop being much higher than what is generally believed. Data that could easily be replicated. Then I might actually feel differently about them. But your post comes off as nothing more than a boast or gloating on the fact you got a lucky draw while all your friends did not.

Was looking for posts from the rest of the community as to what they have received cause I know a lot of people bought them.

It is possible. I feel rng is increased first box, get ya hooked. Then it's normal, terrible drop rates

Let's back up. The crates are rng, we all know that. But you bought the Stalhrim motif, which you love the look of, and didn't spend your remaining crowns on mimic stones?

Not sure if you realize, but you can't find the style mats in game, and you only got 5 stones with the motif.

You want to trade your cat mount for a storm atronach camel? Ha my brother used it for about a day but with a name like khajiit_kyle he went back to his sench mounts. So he has a wasted camel that can't be traded.

Done right, that's what, 14, 15 cents for that 5,000 in game gold?

An unverifiable, unwitnessed, unconfirmable positive crown crate story based on a picture.

From a random one time purchase shared with the forums to be positive and show people "you don't have to blow lots of cash" basically just buy one or two and get lucky message. You couldn't have written your text better if you were a marketing professional, wait.....

I don't have to tell you what I'm thinking but you probabaly have a good idea what I'm thinking.

Your either exceptionally lucky, in which cast congrats.

A ZOS employee, friend of a ZOS employee, some other way associated within seven degrees of affinity to a member of staff or more directly marketing, in which case shame.

Lying about how much you spent, in which case shame.

A collusion case, in which case shame.

Again if your just an incredibly lucky, positive, upbeat, promoter of single box crate sales because you got ridiculously lucky, congrats.

Simple odds dictate it's a higher probability of something else.

Thats the problem with this type of rng.
