ESO+ didnt recieve crowns

Hi!

2 days ago i got eso+ but never got my 1500 crowns. How come? Iam on xbox eu megaserver.

    Open a ticket. It's been broken since release v

    They recently posted a fix and I received all past crowns. My renewal was the 26th, I received my crowns for the renewal as normal again .....

    In the game....menu there is a help selection.
