As the title states, my brother who is a returning player (gone about 18 months) cannot log into his account. He keeps getting the message that his username or password is incorrect. I've confirmed by logging into my account and checking his username via in-game friends list; his password is definitely correct (PC autosaved it from when he used to play). Multiple support tickets in but only have received the generic email back saying to recheck your username/password/email. This is extremely frustrating as we are both players since beta with hundreds of hours logged and good money spent. Please ZOS help get his account back!
