iseko✭✭✭✭Gear wise I would say you are running desert rose jewelry/weapons. Maybe even just jewelry and then 2 piece LA.
Other set can be crafted. Julianos or kagrenacs. But I'd guess julianos. Traits all the way sturdy probably.
Monster set bloodspawn for that extra tankiness and offcourse ultimate. When it procs you will hit 25-30k resists.
Full tristat armor glyphs. Full spell dmg jewelry. Desert rose is sustain enough.

I thought I did yes. Desert rose is insane sustain in 1vX situations. Bloodspawn makes little sense if you are running 5LA. At least it doesn't make sense to me.

He activates synergy a lot, each returns 4% of all resources with undaunted passive, bloodspawn gives 6k resists which is nice to have, but main thing is ultimate gain from proc which extremely necessary for mDK sustain cause of battle roarnope u r wrong bro @iseko

True enough. It is why I said it is awesome sustain in 1vX (on average it will proc once every 1-2 seconds if ure fighting 4+ people). I use lich for the above reason though. Thanks for the tip on 5/1/1. Still trying to figure out your gear. But I'm guessing it only works when running with your buddy.
@Sugaroverdose that actually makes a bunch of sense. Not going to help you when soloing but with temp blazing spear etc you will have a lot of synergies. Thanks for the tip! And yea bloodspawn is mainly for the ult gain. But that extra 6k resist means he can prob hit 25K + resist easy most of the time without trying. It is a nice added bonus.0 -

Adjust attributes as needed.
Witch brew drink to increase health, magicka and regen. Jewelry glyphs regen (untill sustain is fine with lich proc) and/or spell dmg? Lich set seems weird since I dont think ive seen it proc. But not sure when looking at that cluster *** ure standing in.

Doubt that it's lich, he doesn't go under 70% magicka for the entire first fight until he mist forms out of there. If you look at his regen ticks it looks like something between 1.2 and 1.5k mana...Sugaroverdose wrote: »

lol I say for everyone guessing he's def wearing 5 pc heavy tava. Again he's about ult regen and has shuffle on his bar. As far other sets depends where he wants to go couple different options to flex in. I'm considering on going back to a heavy armour mdk ult regen dps utility tank again. Last time didn't have as much fun as I did with my mdk in light armour but think try to go again. Currently run 5 pc Julianos light 5pc silks of the sun 2 pc skoria/2 pc bloodspawn SnB/destro , and when heavy I do 2 pc bloodspawn 5 pc heavy tava 3 pc willpower 2 pc Magnus double SnB0

just looking at the ult regen, he never gets a 9 ulti proc from tava, so no, he's not wearing that. Shuffle is strong enough on it's own anyways0
