Can I turn off friendly player target info?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the game and I've just come to the first area where you find other players running around. When I target a player some info appears over their head including their health bar, level, a head icon and their name. I find it a bit distracting, is it possible to turn this off? I've studied the name plates section of the Options menu but haven't found anything.

Also, I've noticed a graphic effect that pops up when I block, right where my shield is. Can I turn that off also?

Thanks everyone.

I wish! We asked a lot for a toggle, but there isn't one currently :(

If you were on PC, there are addons that hide that ugly clutter of information that appears on the screen when you target another player, but you are on console so you are stuck with it.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

On PC you don't need an add-on to turn off player healthbars or information... it's in the settings menu -> nameplates. It is quite comprehensive... you can set them individually for friendly players, enemy players, friendly NPCs, etc.... you can set them to show only when targeted or only if injured. All in the "Nameplates" menu.

Unfortunately, you cannot turn the block icon off :( I have never liked it & really wish it could be disabled or toggled.
